Product description

The microwave measuring device HK1-M offers an innovative solution for concentration and water content measurement, specially developed for the requirements of the food and chemical industry. Thanks to its modular design and the use of advanced microwave technology in the ISM band, it sets new standards in precision and reliability.

The measuring method is based on the generation of low-power electromagnetic waves. These waves are coupled into the product to be measured via an antenna and penetrate the medium. The attenuation and the phase shift of the received wave change depending on the dielectric properties of the product. These parameters serve as the basis for determining the water content or dry mass. Microwave measurements are characterized by high stability and an extremely fast response.
