The particuLAB is a modern NIR laboratory measuring device developed for the precise determination of organic compounds in solid, powdery and pasty products. It enables the simultaneous measurement of several ingredients such as fat, protein, water, connective tissue protein and BEFFE (connective tissue protein-free meat protein). This is done with only one measurement and without the influence of color or distance of the product, which guarantees highest precision.
The device offers a user-friendly calibration function that allows existing calibrations to be extended or new ones to be created. This is done using the calibration software, which records and analyzes spectra to ensure fast and reliable determination of ingredients. The simple sample preparation and compact design make the particuLAB an ideal solution for use both in the laboratory and for at-line measurements.
The HK-particuLAB operating software supports the simultaneous measurement of up to 10 value-giving components, whereby up to 5 additional components such as BEFFE can also be calculated. The results can be displayed both individually and in list form, saved and exported as a .csv file that can be easily opened in Excel.
