Product description

The HK11 laboratory meter is a state-of-the-art stand-alone NIR meter specifically designed for applications where only one component is of interest. It enables the measurement of an organic component, such as fat, protein or water, from solid, powdery and pasty products. With its compact design and simple operation, the HK11 is suitable for use in the laboratory as well as for at-line applications.

Thanks to the innovative NIR technology and the use of a diode array detector with thermoelectric cooling, the device guarantees maximum measuring accuracy. The open calibration system allows existing calibrations to be extended or new calibrations to be created – independently or with the support of Harrer & Kassen GmbH.

The HK11 is maintenance-free and offers maximum reliability even in demanding environments thanks to the absence of moving optical components. The unique technology prevents the measured values from drifting, eliminating the need for recalibration.
