    Innovation award:
The new NIR-online-spectrometer HK4 was awarded this year at CFIA in France with the highest trophy measurement instruments can get in the food industry. The HK4 at present is the only online-spectrometer, to be used in raw process environment, not only in laboratories. The HK4 is developed with the latest online NIR technology and therefore the first online NIR spectralyser with diode array.
Advantages:

A significant higher resolution can define all molecules with an absorption line in the spectrum of measurement. Change of filters is not necessary. The capability, to change the measurement to an organic-component with only one calibration, is an enormous advantage in comparison with classical systems with mechanical band filters.
The NIR spectralyser is absolutely maintenance free, no band filters, no motor and no other parts in motion.
