The new NIR-online-spectrometer HK4 was awarded this year at CFIA in France with the highest trophy measurement instruments can get in the food industry. The HK4 at present is the only online-spectrometer, to be used in raw process environment, not only in laboratories. The HK4 is developed with the latest online NIR technology and therefore the first online NIR spectralyser with diode array. Continuously measurement from up to 4 organic components. Modular structure from evaluation unit and halogen sensors, connection via optical fiber up to 100m. Use of transmission- or reflection-halogen sensors. Installations on pipes, tanks, conveyer belts, screw conveyers etc. Special glass windows for pipe and tank installation. No influence to the measurement through light or product color.
